1. Payment and Confirmation
Your place in the workshop is confirmed once full payment has been received. All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 admin fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the workshop are non-refundable, but a transfer of registration to another participant may be arranged upon request.
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

3. Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the workshop content, format, facilitators, or venue (including switching to an online format if required), and will notify participants of any such changes as soon as possible.

4. Accessibility and Special Requirements
Please advise us of any access or learning needs at the time of registration so we can make necessary arrangements.
